Tynee Suites — Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: October 2026
By making a reservation with Tynee Suites, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to direct reservations made through the Tynee Suites website unless otherwise stated in writing.
Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability.
Tynee Suites requires a minimum stay of two (2) nights, unless management expressly approves otherwise.
A reservation is not considered fully confirmed until all required booking information and the required payment have been successfully completed.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate names, contact information, dates, guest counts, and other reservation details.
Tynee Suites reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations that contain materially inaccurate information, violate property policies, or remain unpaid beyond the permitted payment period.
Rates & Payment
Reservation rates may vary based on dates, weekday or weekend pricing, seasonal pricing, selected services, extended checkout, taxes, fees, and other applicable charges.
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of booking, full payment is required to confirm a reservation.
If a guest begins the reservation process but does not successfully complete payment, the reservation may remain pending for a limited period or may later be marked abandoned.
Where available, Tynee Suites may provide a Resume Payment option that allows an eligible guest to continue payment for an incomplete reservation.
A reservation is not considered paid merely because booking information has been submitted.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
Standard checkout is 11:00 AM.
Guests should not enter the property before the authorized check-in time unless early access has been approved by Tynee Suites.
Guests must vacate the property by their authorized checkout time unless an Extended Checkout has been purchased or otherwise approved.
Extended Checkout
Tynee Suites may offer guests the option to purchase additional checkout time when availability and the property schedule permit.
Extended Checkout is not guaranteed and may be unavailable because of another reservation, cleaning requirements, maintenance, turnover requirements, or other operational needs.
When Extended Checkout is available, the applicable additional charge and revised checkout time will be displayed during the reservation process.
An Extended Checkout is considered approved only when it has been successfully added to the reservation and any applicable charge has been accepted as part of the booking.
Purchasing Extended Checkout changes the guest’s authorized checkout time for that reservation. It does not extend the reservation to an additional overnight stay.
Unauthorized Overstay
A guest who remains at the property beyond their authorized checkout time without additional approval may be charged an unauthorized overstay fee.
The authorized checkout time is either:
- the standard 11:00 AM checkout time, or
- the guest’s later paid Extended Checkout time, if applicable.
Tynee Suites currently provides a 15-minute grace period after the guest’s authorized checkout time.
Once the grace period has expired, unauthorized overstay time may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
The current standard unauthorized overstay rate is $25 per hour, unless a different rate is disclosed to the guest.
Unauthorized overstay time is rounded up to the next billable hour after the grace period.
For example, if a guest’s authorized checkout is 1:00 PM, the grace period ends at 1:15 PM. Remaining beyond 1:15 PM may result in an unauthorized overstay charge beginning with the first billable hour.
Unauthorized overstay charges may be assessed separately from the original reservation total.
Tynee Suites may send the guest an electronic payment request for an unpaid overstay balance. The guest remains responsible for paying valid overstay charges even though the original reservation has already been completed or paid.
Payment of an overstay charge does not create an additional reservation night or authorize continued occupancy.
Occupancy
The number of overnight guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy established for the accommodation.
Only guests included in the reservation are authorized to stay overnight unless additional guests have been approved by Tynee Suites.
Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons they permit onto the property.
Property Care
Guests are expected to keep the property reasonably clean and to treat the property, furniture, appliances, equipment, fixtures, and amenities with reasonable care.
Guests may be held responsible for damage, missing property, misuse, or other loss caused during their stay beyond ordinary wear and tear.
Cleaning
Normal cleaning associated with an ordinary stay is included according to the reservation terms.
Additional charges may apply when excessive cleaning is required because of unusual conditions, excessive trash, unauthorized smoking, pet-related damage or cleaning, stains, misuse of the property, or other conditions beyond normal use.
Smoking & Vaping
Tynee Suites is a non-smoking indoor property.
Smoking and vaping inside the accommodation are prohibited.
Smoking outdoors is permitted where lawful and where it does not create a nuisance, safety concern, or property damage.
Guests are responsible for properly disposing of smoking-related waste.
Unauthorized indoor smoking or vaping may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.
Parties, Events & Gatherings
Parties, events, or gatherings that exceed the registered guest count are not permitted without prior written approval from Tynee Suites.
Guests may not use the property in a manner that creates excessive noise, overcrowding, property damage, safety concerns, or unreasonable disturbance to neighbors or surrounding properties.

Guests must respect neighboring properties and avoid excessive noise, disruptive behavior, illegal activity, threatening conduct, or behavior that may endanger persons or property.
Guests are responsible for complying with applicable laws and reasonable property rules during their stay.
Booking Changes
Requests to change reservation dates, guest count, services, or other booking details are subject to availability and approval.
Any difference in rates, taxes, services, or fees will be applied to the modified reservation.
A requested change is not effective until it has been accepted by Tynee Suites and, where applicable, any additional amount due has been paid.

All cancellations and refunds are governed by the separate Tynee Suites Cancellation & Refund Policy in effect at the time of booking:
Guests are responsible for reviewing the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy before completing a reservation.
